Items made especially for you.

The majority of our store contains items that are printed, cut, sewn, and produced upon order. We feel strongly about producing only what's needed, rather than over-stocking items. It's also better for our environment. When you place an order, ourselves or our suppliers produce and ship your order.

How does this affect turnaround time/shipping and refunds?  Please read on to find out...

Shipping

We hope you'll understand that when shipping takes a little while, it's in the courier's hands, and there's nothing we can do. Please bear with us as sometimes shipping is faster or slower than expected. We do our best to estimate when you'll receive your product.

Refunds and Exchanges

The best way to explain our refund / exchange policies are as follows:

Wrong Size or Item? We provide sizing charts on all of our products, where applicable. Please take the time to check these before purchasing an item. If you've ordered the wrong size or item by mistake, we can accept a returned item as long as it's in its original state and shipped to us. You must cover return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, and confirm that it's still in "new" condition, we will produce and ship your required size.

Buyers Remorse? Since items are made specifically for you, there are no refunds in this case.

Production Issues? It is rare that a defected item passes through quality control; however, if a defect in the product is found, please contact us RIGHT AWAY. We want to fix this for you immediately. The sooner we are aware, the better the chance of replacing the item, and shipping it to you promptly. Refunds and exchanges must be within 1-3 weeks of receiving your order.
